Helping you work through the tensions and uncertainty that precedes change

For over 30 years Peter Raffles from Conflict Solutions has been assisting government agencies (domestically and internationally), businesses and individuals work through the tensions and uncertainty that precedes change to establish the structures and dialogue necessary to achieve transition.

This is achieved through combining:

  • learning and knowledge of the mutual-gains processes
  • experience and practice in law and law reform
  • business, and community involvement to build consensus

Our methodology to managing differences is multi-dimensional. It is based on research and knowledge developed at some of the world’s leading research centres, and through extensive practical experience. Our approach recognises that conflict can have many sources, such as structural, cultural, personal, situational, climatic, or design. It can be influenced by surrounds, and is often characterised by high emotions.

If you need a conflict analysed, need support to find a resolution, or need advice and guidance on how to change the current dynamics, we can provide advice that is cutting edge.

Peter designed and facilitated a process to identify improvement opportunities for our organisation.  He is an excellent communicator and a very skilled facilitator, who built a rapport with all involved. His participatory problem solving process delivered a realistic action plan that encouraged shared responsibility by staff and management.
